Our in house staff of engineers will provide assistance to our customers starting with initial design to tooling creation through production set up. We are able to create prototype components in a variety of materials including plastics, alloys, ceramics and exotic metals like titanium. Our Wire Electrical Discharge Machining is used primarily to produce precise components, we have provided numerous parts for such industries as; Automotive, Medical and Energy. We maintain very close tolerances up to +/- 0.0002" utilizing our Sodick EDM Machine.
